Dear McKnight Families,

It is my honor to serve as new principal at the Ethel McKnight Elementary School. My educational philosophy is that all students can learn when given an engaging environment that promotes exploration, ingenuity, and motivation. In my new role, I look forward to continuing to ensure that McKnight is a school of excellence where students have access to the resources and instructional strategies that will ensure their achievement.

I would like to take the opportunity to congratulate and thank Mrs. Gayle Parker for her years of dedication and her role in making Ethel McKnight Elementary School such a wonderful place for learning. Mrs. Parker will continue to be a vital part of the East Windsor School District and our McKnight Family, as she pursues her endeavors at our Central Administration Building. The staff, students, and parents of Ethel McKnight School will miss her. We will continue to keep McKnight up to the high standards that she has set.

Currently, we are in the process of selecting an assistant principal. We will be taking the necessary time to ensure that we find a candidate with the educational background and experience to support our district and school goals and initiatives. I will be sure to keep you informed as we continue this process.

As always, I look forward to collaborating with you in the best interest of McKnight’s children. Please know that my door is always open, and I welcome your input and feedback. Together, we will continue to make Ethel McKnight Elementary School a safe and effective school where students love to learn!
